The Position We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team in Mountain View, CA. The ideal candidate will support our company growth and teams by overseeing key responsibilities :

  • Be the HR business partner to all teams including hardware, software, supply chain, operations and systems. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management and career development.
  • Lead and administer talent acquisition and onboarding
  • Develop and implement talent retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, loyalty, and tenure within the organization
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity
  • Assist with compensation reviews and recommendations
  • Oversee the company-wide annual review process

The Person

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an ownership capacity, including talent acquisition and management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required.

  • The salary range for this position is $70,000- $140,000 plus stock and benefits. Pay within the range is based on candidate experience, job-specific skills, education, and work location
